The shaping machine is one of the auxiliary equipment of knitting packing. It is a kind of packing which is not very square, according to a certain size, shaping it into a standard square size. It can reshape 3 × 3mm ~ 50 × 5 packing.

The width of the shaping packing can be based on the specification and size of the upper wheel piece. The packing with the shape larger than 16mm can be arranged and combined with the thickness die. For example, the thickness of the upper wheel is 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, which can be arranged in 6, 18, 20, 22, 24-50. The automatic winding device is controlled by the electromagnetic friction device to run synchronously with the driving axle. The exciting voltage of the electromagnetic friction device can be adjusted arbitrarily. The larger the exciting voltage is, the greater the resistance moment of the winding device will be, and vice versa.
